Dr. Ken Cosner, Pharm. D., R.Ph. is the owner and Pharmacist-In-Charge at River Oak Pharmacy. Ken was born and raised in Waterford, California, and attended Oakdale High School in his youth. He graduated from the University of California at San Francisco School of Pharmacy and completed a residency in clinical and administrative pharmacy in Nampa, Idaho. He served as the Director of Pharmacy at Oak Valley Hospital for ten years, during which time he established the pharmacy department which provided unit dose medications and IV admixture services, and clinical services. He then opened a Medicine Shoppe franchise in Oakdale. This later became River Oak Pharmacy.
